This year promises to be even more amazing than last year, and will “IgNight Your Passions” for the Fire and Flow Arts!
Ignight is a Fire and Flow Community Celebration located in Southern California. Here, hundreds of artists will gather together to learn, teach, inspire and advance the flow arts. There will be workshops throughout the day, shows, fire/glow and free spin areas as well as a wide selection of flow music to practice your new moves.
This is also the place for the Fire and Flow Community to check out, purchase, and play with the industries best in Fire and Glow equipment and accessories, as well as the latest in Flow Arts Haute Couture! People come from all over to shop, meet and talk to the people who make and design these fabulous creations!!!
What are the Vending Fees?
Vending Fees will be $100 for each 10’x10’ booth. You will be required to purchase an Event Ticket for yourself and your crew in addition to your Vending Fees. Each Vendor will be able to purchase up to three (3) tickets/per booth. Multiple booths will be available on a first-come, first serve basis depending upon space availability. We will contact you with purchase information upon acceptance to vend.
How do I sign up to be a Vendor?
You must fill out the following Vending Application by April 1, 2013 to be considered for Vending at Ignight:
The filing of this application does not guarantee acceptance to vend. You will be contacted as to your acceptance once the Vending deadline closes.
Are there Booth Restrictions?
Yes. If you have special needs (such as mobile carts, etc…) please contact the Vending Coordinator for more information.
Will there be Power Provided?
No. Each Vendor must provide their own power source. Quiet generators and invertors recommended.
What are the Camping Details for Vendors?
All Vendors will be required to camp in the designated camping area, which will be located away from the Vending area. Showers and restrooms are available. You will be able to drive into the Vending area for load-in and load out.
Will there be Security Provided for Vendors?
Yes, we will have security overnight in the Vending area, but the event is not responsible for your items while you are away from your vending area. You should prepare to secure your booth/valuables in your absence.

MEDIA
As a community celebration, everyone is
encouraged to film and photograph all the amazing moments at IgNight.
The final review that teachers do at the end of classes is especially useful
to record. Please share any video and photos that you record (and
find amazing) with the IgNight crew. Help us make these available
to everyone.
